Remote Clinical Program Strategist
Job Summary
Focused on advancing population health strategies for commercial populations, the full-time Remote Clinical Program and Population Health Strategist will develop and implement clinical program designs, partner across teams, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop population health strategies aligned with enterprise priorities and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the development and prioritization of the Clinical Initiative Portfolio based on impact and ROI
- Design evidence-based clinical programs and translate strategies into provider-facing approaches
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (MPH, MHA, MBA, or related) preferred
- 5-10+ years of experience in population health, healthcare strategy, or clinical program design
- Experience with commercial populations and strong understanding of HEDIS and utilization
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration within a matrixed organization
