A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Clinical Programs Pharmacist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing medication therapy
• Providing medication reconciliation services with nurses and patients via telephone

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD Degree
• Active pharmacist license in the state(s) in which you are required to practice
• Strong organizational skills and ability to stay on schedule
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
