Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working with the medication therapy management program
- Making Inbound & outbound calls
- Getting member to do a comprehensive medication review
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Active AZ, TX, or OH Pharmacy Technician license
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB)
- Applied knowledge of insurance processing, customer service or call center processes and practices
