Job Summary
A technology-driven drug development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Clinical Project Management Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for standardization and best practices
- Identify trends for risks and develop mitigation strategies across the Clinical Operations portfolio
- Use knowledge of industry practices to turn generalized opportunities into specific tactics
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project/program management
- 3 years of experience as listed above
- Expertise in process improvement
- Ability to author SOPs and process documents independently
- Ability to communicate and manage change effectively with Operations
