Job Summary
A senior care company is seeking a Remote Clinical Projects and Analytics Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading complex projects/programs across multiple markets and of diverse scope that may involve stakeholders
- Developing project charter, integrated project plan, contingency plan, related performance dashboards, etc
- Prioritizing projects based on the organization's strategic priorities, cost/financial impact, client urgency, risk & stakeholder value
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to effectively lead complex projects/programs across multiple markets and of diverse scope
- Ability to develop project charter, integrated project plan, contingency plan, related performance dashboards, and related artifacts
- Experience prioritizing projects based on the organization’s strategic priorities, cost/financial impact, client urgency, risk, etc
- Ability to conduct data analysis to identify clinical, quality, and financial opportunities to address contract and client performance
