Job Summary

An insurance services company is seeking a Remote Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator in Kenosha.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Performing quality assurance review of peer review reports
  • Ensuring each review is supported by clinical citations and references when applicable
  • Assisting in resolution of customer complaints and quality assurance issues as needed

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Associates degree
  • RN or LPN/ LVN licensure
  • A minimum of two years clinical or related field experience or
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry
