Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Remote Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator in Raleigh.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Performing quality assurance review of peer review reports, correspondences, and more
• Ensuring that all client instructions and specifications have been followed
• Assisting in resolution of customer complaints and quality assurance issues as needed

Qualifications Include:

• Associates degree
• RN or LPN/ LVN licensure
• Minimum of two years clinical or related field experience
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of the insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology
