Job Summary
An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator in Rapid City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing quality assurance review of peer review reports, correspondences, etc
- Ensuring that all client instructions and specifications have been followed
- Assisting in resolution of customer complaints and quality assurance issues as needed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Associates degree
- RN or LPN/ LVN licensure
- Minimum of two years clinical or related field experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledgeable of multiple software programs
- excellent skills in English usage, grammar, punctuation and style
