Job Summary
An insurance services company is seeking a Remote Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator in Salt Lake City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure healthcare Peer Review case reports are of the highest quality and integrity and in full compliance
- Perform quality assurance review of peer review reports, addendums, or supplemental reviews
- Ensure clear, concise, evidence-based rationales in support of all recommendations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- RN or LPN/ LVN licensure
- Associates degree and 2 years clinical or related field experience
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of the insurance industry
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medications, and laboratory values
- Qualified typist with a minimum of 40 W.P.M
