Job Summary

A non-profit organization is seeking a Remote Clinical Quality Assurance Relationship Manager.

Must be able to:

Act as a liaison between contracts and crisis lines
Maintain Crisis Lines Clinical Contract policies
Maintain emergency procedures with the most up to date on-call contacts

Required Skills:

Graduate degree in Counseling, Social Work or a related field
Coursework in substance abuse and addictions
Crisis intervention experience with ability to provide sound clinical judgment
Knowledge of the fundamental principles, methods, and theories of psychology
Ability to stay calm when handling stressful situations and skilled in problem-solving
Strong understanding of HIPAA, clinical privacy and confidentially guidelines
