Remote Clinical Quality Assurance Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A non-profit organization is seeking a Remote Clinical Quality Assurance Relationship Manager.

Must be able to:

• Act as a liaison between contracts and crisis lines
• Maintain Crisis Lines Clinical Contract policies
• Maintain emergency procedures with the most up to date on-call contacts

Required Skills:

• Graduate degree in Counseling, Social Work or a related field
• Coursework in substance abuse and addictions
• Crisis intervention experience with ability to provide sound clinical judgment
• Knowledge of the fundamental principles, methods, and theories of psychology
• Ability to stay calm when handling stressful situations and skilled in problem-solving
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, clinical privacy and confidentially guidelines
