Job Summary
A telehealth platform has an open position for a Remote Clinical Quality Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Clinical Quality Manager and Office
- Manage medical record requests and authorization requests
- Assist in resolving patient and client complaints
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
- 2+ years of work experience
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Knowledge of medical coding and terminology valuable, but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with SalesForce a plus, but not required
