Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator (RN).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance review of peer review reports and ensure compliance with standards
• Verify that all reviews are supported by clinical citations and meet client specifications
• Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and provide insights on consultant quality

Required Qualifications

• RN preferred with a minimum of two years clinical or related field experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and medications
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general office equipment
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
