Job Summary
A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Clinical Quality Improvement Engagement Sales Manager.
Must be able to:
- Set Expectations and Lead Accountability of Sales Team
- Drive and Execute Business Opportunities as the Sales Leader
- Collaborate with External Stakeholders
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least three years of health/health care sales experience
- Minimum of three (3) years’ management experience in leading high performing call centers and/or teams
- Development and implementation of strategies to help increase member engagement
- Proficiency in business analytics in order to forecast improvement opportunities
- Knowledge of policies and practices involved in the human resources function
- Good knowledge of building reports and dashboards and leveraging Salesforce for reporting needs
