Job Summary

A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Clinical Quality Improvement Engagement Sales Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Set Expectations and Lead Accountability of Sales Team
  • Drive and Execute Business Opportunities as the Sales Leader
  • Collaborate with External Stakeholders

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • At least three years of health/health care sales experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ management experience in leading high performing call centers and/or teams
  • Development and implementation of strategies to help increase member engagement
  • Proficiency in business analytics in order to forecast improvement opportunities
  • Knowledge of policies and practices involved in the human resources function
  • Good knowledge of building reports and dashboards and leveraging Salesforce for reporting needs
