Job Summary
A physician-led healthcare staffing company has a current position open for a Remote Clinical Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Generate 50 - 80 outbound phone calls each business day
- Contact recruited providers to market available locum tenens work assignments of business clients
- Recruit new providers to contract to work
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via verbal and written means
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience required
- Professional telephone presentation
- Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and an ability to learn new computer applications
