Job Summary

A digital learning company has an open position for a Remote Clinical Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing best-in-class experiences to all candidates
• Owning the full-cycle recruiting process for care provider roles across the U.S.
• Assisting in the development, improvement, and implementation of talent-related strategies

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in high-volume recruiting
• Prior experience as a sourcer, recruiter, or recruiting coordinator in healthcare industry
• Prior experience in a high growth start-up or other fast-paced dynamic work environment
• Expertise with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to creatively source candidates and build diverse talent pools
