Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing best-in-class experiences to all candidates
- Owning the full-cycle recruiting process for care provider roles across the U.S.
- Assisting in the development, improvement, and implementation of talent-related strategies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in high-volume recruiting
- Prior experience as a sourcer, recruiter, or recruiting coordinator in healthcare industry
- Prior experience in a high growth start-up or other fast-paced dynamic work environment
- Expertise with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to creatively source candidates and build diverse talent pools
