Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Clinical Recruiter in Hanover.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Strategically building pipeline of candidates through innovative marketing and networking practices
  • Consulting with HR partners and business stakeholders to define staffing needs
  • Partnering with hiring managers to identify position requirements

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • This position will split work days between our Hanover Regional Office and remote work-from-home
  • 3+ years of recent clinical recruiting experience in this highly competitive market
  • Experience recruiting LPNs and RNs
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with hiring managers
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skill
