Job Summary
A tech-forward provider of pediatric therapy needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Clinical Recruiting Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering with the VP of Operations to establish an overarching vision
- Identifying what, exactly, about the company makes it attractive to candidates
- Sourcing and attracting talented providers for our different profiles for business
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Excellent communicator
- Demonstrable ability to own a task and complete it with quality and excellence
- Ability to adapt and multitask in a rapid growth environment
- Strong technical skills
- Experience, knowledge, or interest in pediatrics, autism, behavioral health, or similar field
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
