Job Summary
A non-profit health care company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Clinical Referral Specialist I in New Berlin.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coordinating care for referral orders within the Medical Group.
- Reviewing work queues to identify unscheduled ordered services
- Scheduling appointments including complex specialty appointments
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Graduate
- 1 year of experience in a medical group
- Focused experience in the coordination of patient care
- Knowledge of clinical processes and procedures
- Ability to efficiently enter/update database records
- Ability to efficiently read/comprehend patient records
