Job Summary
A non-profit health care system is seeking a Remote Clinical Registered Nurse Transplant Organ Navigator in Tucson.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business challenges to suggest improvement to services
- Interpreting customer needs, assesses requirements and identifies solutions to non-standard requests
- Solving complex problems
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Requires current RN license in state of practice
- Requires a minimum of three years clinical nursing experience
- Working knowledge of care management, resource/utilization management, hospital and community resources
- Clinical proficiency in the assessment of transplant patients
