Job Summary

A health sciences company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Clinical Research Associate Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring staff development and performance feedback is provided through activities such as mentorship and career development
• Managing the performance of staff, including providing input into salaries, bonuses as well as nominations for promotion
• Conducting assessment visits with staff as required by SOPs

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Undergraduate degree or its international equivalent in clinical, science, or health-related field from an accredited institution
• Substantial experience using computerized information systems including PC- Windows, word processing, and electronic spreadsheets
• Experience supervising or managing professional staff in a clinical research environment
• Thorough knowledge of ICH and local regulatory authority regulations regarding drug research and development
• Read, write, and speak fluent English
