Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Clinical Research Coordinator.

Must be able to:

• Serve as subject matter expert for members, providers, and internal departments
• Promote an understanding of Prior Authorization requirements and processes
• Respond to email correspondence in a timely fashion

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma or GED OR 10 years of equivalent working experience
• Basic to intermediate familiarity with Medical terminology
• Knowledge of health care delivery system, Medicaid/Medicare, and related state programs
• Successful completion of the Customer Service training classes for new hires
• Ability to resolve issues in a stressful situation and demonstrate personal resilience
• Proficient problem-solving approach to quickly assess current state and formulate recommendations
