  • Look after and develop 4-5 CRAs
  • Work in a small company environment
  • Utilize a great attitude and personality

Required Skills:

  • Willing to travel minimally around 20%
  • 2 Years as a CTL
  • 5+ years CRA Monitoring Experience
  • Experience in CNS / Pain Management / Rare Diseases
  • Been a CTL with Protocol Lead
