Job Summary
A healthcare provider is seeking a Remote Clinical Resource Consulting Manager in Charleston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide members with tools and educational support
- Recruit and enroll members into the Disease and/or Maternity Management Programs
- Identify member health risks and utilization patterns to plan proactive interventions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel in the geographical area
- Bachelor’s degree in registered nursing or equivalent experience
- Active RN license unrestricted in West Virginia
- 1+ Years’ Experience with Health and Wellness Initiatives
- Data analysis background and report interpretation capabilities
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
