Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Clinical Review Nurse in Houston.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing clinical intake and reviewing cases according to policies and procedures
- Collecting and entering confidential information ensuring the highest level of confidentiality
- Reviewing clinical information against criteria and following appropriate workflow
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current active unrestricted RN or LVN/LPN license in a state or territory of the US
- Two years of prior experience in direct clinical care or managed care setting
- Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, on-call after hours work may be required
- Ability to utilize critical thinking skills
