Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Clinical Risk Adjustment Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be accountable for strategy and operations of national Risk Adjustment programs
- Oversee market-based operations as it relates to risk adjustment, collaborating with Market teams on executing their programs
- Be an Internal subject matter expert and escalation point for Risk Adjustment
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Some Travel Required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in Medicare Advantage or other government programs
- Experience building and running Risk Adjustment programs
- Experience with and deep knowledge of the CMS HCC Risk Adjustment model
- 7 plus years of relevant experience as a senior leader working in health plans, health systems, and/or provider organizations
