A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Clinical RN Manager in Farmington Hills.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing all clinical quality components of our home health agency services
- Enhancing revenue and patient satisfaction
- Resolving any patient/family issues that may arise over the course of care
Position Requirements Include:
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have reliable transportation to and from the work site
- Current RN license from the state in which practicing
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing field
- Minimum three years' experience in a skilled homecare agency
- Must possess progressive supervisory or leadership experience
- Must have well developed interpersonal and communication skills
