Job Summary
A diversified technology company is in need of a Remote Clinical Sales Training Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Create, implement and maintain sales training tools, processes and records
- Develop objective driven clinical sales training program inclusive of strategy, process and collateral
- Conduct appropriate evaluation of sales training programs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Basic cardiology knowledge a must
- Minimum BS/BA degree
- Interventional cardiology and catheter lab experience
- Demonstrated success in building a corporate learning and development strategy
- Strong project management skills
