Job Summary

A treatment and research center is in need of a Remote Clinical Scheduling Specialist I in Boston.

Must be able to:

  • Provide appointment scheduling
  • Obtain detailed clinical information by telephone or electronically
  • Perform independent patient and outside provider call triaging

Required Skills:

  • Work fully remote through end of 2020, with potential for extension or partial remote work in 2021
  • 1 year of related health care and/or customer service experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Demonstrated ability to carry out complex scheduling as required
  • PC proficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to draft reports, correspondence and other administrative documents
