Ahealthinsurance company has anopenposition for aRemoteClinical Senior Pharmacist in Chicago.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing clinicalconsultingservices to client
- Developing and overseeing Clinical Interventions program
- Managing Stars Adherence, SUPD and/or MTM program
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA/BSin Pharmacy
- Minimum of4years of experience as a pharmacist in a clinical setting
- Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
- Possess an active unrestricted state license to practice pharmacy as a Registered Pharmacist
- Specific knowledge of CMS regulations, HIPAA and regulatory environment, HEDIS / Quality Improvement.
