Job Summary
An information technology services company has an open position for a Remote Clinical Service Desk Support Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling incoming end user Incidents and Requests from email and the client portal
- Taking inbound and makes outbound calls from the end user of the clinical applications
- Evaluating and prioritizing tickets
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Understanding of basic troubleshooting principles
- Experience with Active Directory management- creating, modifying, deleting user and email accounts
- 3+ years' experience supporting users on a Clinical Service desk / application support team utilizing a ticketing system environment
- Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
