Job Summary

An information technology services company has an open position for a Remote Clinical Service Desk Support Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling incoming end user Incidents and Requests from email and the client portal
  • Taking inbound and makes outbound calls from the end user of the clinical applications
  • Evaluating and prioritizing tickets

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Knowledge of ITIL methodology
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of basic troubleshooting principles
  • Experience with Active Directory management- creating, modifying, deleting user and email accounts
  • 3+ years' experience supporting users on a Clinical Service desk / application support team utilizing a ticketing system environment
  • Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
