Job Summary

An information technology services company has an open position for a Remote Clinical Service Desk Support Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Handling incoming end user Incidents and Requests from email and the client portal
Taking inbound and makes outbound calls from the end user of the clinical applications
Evaluating and prioritizing tickets

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Knowledge of ITIL methodology
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Understanding of basic troubleshooting principles
Experience with Active Directory management- creating, modifying, deleting user and email accounts
3+ years' experience supporting users on a Clinical Service desk / application support team utilizing a ticketing system environment
Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
