Job Summary

A healthcare insurance provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Clinical Services Pharmacy Technician in Glendale.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Taking inbound calls from Pharmacy members
  • Answering questions and resolving issues regarding mail order pharmacy inquiries
  • Interacting with physician's offices, hospitals, and members

Required Skills:

  • Location: Glendale, AZ office for 6 months, then work at home
  • Must have an active Pharmacy Technician license in Arizona
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician
  • Experience as a Pharmacy Technician OR call center experience in a pharmacy or related call center setting
  • Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
