Job Summary
A medical device development company is filling a position for a Remote Clinical Services Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Support Adaptive Biotechnologies’ field-based teams
- Resolve all documentation issues related to clinical samples
- Work directly with pathology labs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA requirements
- Familiarity with basic laboratory and customer service-related systems
- Strong attention to detail and meticulous data entry skills
- Technical proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
