Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Clinical Services Trainer in Long Beach.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing standardized training programs for plan staff to improve quality, control medical costs and ensure compliance
- Developing and implementing training curriculum for Utilization Management, Case Management, and LTSS staff
- Evaluating the clinical staff skill level and competency in the delivery of the clinical programs in the health plan
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 30% travel required
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a social science, psychology, gerontology, public health or social work
- 3 or more years in case, disease or utilization management; managed care; or medical/behavioral health settings
- Active, unrestricted State Clinical Social Worker license in good standing
- Proficient in MS/Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must have valid driver's license with good driving record and be able to drive within applicable state or locality with reliable transportation
