A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Clinical Site Manager in Lawrenceville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Coordinating country cross functional teams
• Coordinating with other internal roles in site feasibility process
• Developing country level patient recruitment strategy and risk mitigation

Required Skills:

• Prepares materials for Site Initiation Visits
• Bachelors or Master's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• In depth knowledge and understanding of clinical research processes, regulations and methodology
• Experience in leading or participating as an active member of cross-functional teams
• Strong organization and time management skills
