Job Summary

A mental healthcare network is in need of a Remote Clinical Specialist in Baltimore.

Must be able to:

• Provide in-the-moment telephone and email support to clients with complex behavioral health issues
• Ensure client safety and connect clients to high-quality, evidence-based providers
• Support clients in connecting to care, focusing on evidence-based, brief interventions.

Position Requirements Include:

• Excellent at crisis management
• Comfortable working with clients with suicidality
• Able to use a structured interview to assess for risk and do safety planning
• Comfortable adopting navigating new technology platforms with minimal ramp up
• Interest in working in digital health within a start-up
• Able to excel in roles with constantly evolving responsibilities
