- Following up on OASIS Assessments
Position Requirements Include:
- Work in the field
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
- Hold an active RN license
- Must have a minimum of two years nursing experience
- One year of experience in home health
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
