Job Summary

A biopharmaceutical services organization is seeking a Remote Clinical Study Team Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering of one or more clinical studies from study concept
• Being the primary point of contact between the Business Unit (BU) and Clinical Development and Operations (CD&O)
• Championing operational excellence to provide continuous improvement of processes and sharing of best practices

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in one of the disciplines related to life sciences, drug development, project management or business
• Extensive clinical operations and pharmaceutical business experience
• Leadership, project management, resource management, administrative and technical capabilities
• Knowledge of team development principles and successful implementation
• Drug development experience
• Proven track record of effective project management of drug development or other projects in a highly matrixed environment
