Job Summary
A mental health service is filling a position for a Remote Clinical Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing direction and guidance to Academy Program Advisors
- Monitoring providers’ progress through the Academy
- Participating in the development of clearly identified objectives and key results
Position Requirements Include:
- Masters degree in clinical social work, counseling, or other behavioral health discipline
- At minimum 5 years of clinical practice with 2-5 years of supervisory experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a people management position required, managing process improvement
- Ability to participate in organizational strategy and growth processes
- Knowledge of health information related to adult health and mental health
- Ability to work as a team member with fellow co-workers and agency staff
