Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Clinical Support Coordination Supervisor in Little Rock.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring the assigned staff complete of all requirements of the program
• Ensuring the process and procedures are followed consistently
• Identifying operational issues

Position Requirements Include:

• Travel throughout an assigned region to meet with members
• RN or Bachelor’s Degree in Health or Human Services or related discipline
• 3+ years’ experience working with members with a behavioral health condition and/or intellectual disabilities
• Knowledge of the AR Medicaid Behavioral Health and/or Intellectual/Developmental disability service delivery system
• Ability to document within care management system
• Must meet all other listed company requirements
