Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Remote Clinical Support Dispatcher for overnight shifts, who will manage multi-channel coordination and assignment of emergency and routine consultations, ensuring effective communication with clinical staff and physicians to facilitate timely patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming consultations through established workflows, prioritizing requests from multiple service lines
• Communicate effectively with hospital staff and physicians to ensure efficient patient care delivery
• Monitor and maintain queues to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) for consultation assignments

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required
• At least one year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or IT environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and communication tools across various operating systems
• Strong customer service skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and excel in a remote work setting
