Job Summary
A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Clinical Support Service Advocate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting telephonic outreach to members
- Providing customer service to plan members and/or providers
- Answering the most complex benefit questions, researching and resolving issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Incidental Driving
- 3+ years related work experience or equivalent combination
- Must possess and demonstrate strong communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
- Must be able to talk and document simultaneously
