Job Summary

A Catholic non-profit healthcare system has a current position open for a Remote Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist in Hartford.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies and campaigns to fill vacancies in client departments
• Receiveing employment requisitions from Hospital managers and initiates selected recruitment activities

Qualifications Include:

• Three (3) to five (5) years of related Talent Acquisition experience and knowledge of related Human Resources practices
• Demonstrated ability to source for candidates beyond the applicants
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent
• Good communication skills
