Job Summary

A liability insurance company is in need of a Remote Clinical Taxonomy Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Coding cases using a proprietary clinical coding taxonomy
• Reviewing medical malpractice case files and medical records
• Performing audits as requested to ensure accuracy and consistency in claims assessments across claims coders

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Good knowledge of medical terminology and disease processes
• Ability to work independently
• Able to perform other duties as assigned
