Job Summary
A liability insurance company is in need of a Remote Clinical Taxonomy Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coding cases using a proprietary clinical coding taxonomy
- Reviewing medical malpractice case files and medical records
- Performing audits as requested to ensure accuracy and consistency in claims assessments across claims coders
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Good knowledge of medical terminology and disease processes
- Ability to work independently
- Able to perform other duties as assigned
