Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Clinical Team Lead Supervisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new providers
- Manage teams of licensed masters and doctoral-level therapists
- Provide 1:1 and group training related to the implementation of evidence-based therapy
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Company off-sites and remote team building activities
- Masters or Doctoral degree in counseling psychology, social work with equivalent licensure
- Strong competency and knowledge of clinical implementation of evidence-based practices
- 5 years of clinical practice in direct care
- 2 years of teaching or supervisory experience and/or demonstrated experience in a leadership role
- Strong organizational skills
