Job Summary

A clinical research organization is seeking a Remote Clinical Team Project Director 1.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Manage Clinical Team (CT) agendas, information, documentation, and team communications
• Support continuous forecast for the program under the Clinical Team
• Ensure appropriate communication and escalations and resolutions around risks and issues

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 years industry/CRO/business experience in clinical operations
• Prior experience leading a cross-functional global teams
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict and influence teams without direct authority
• Successful experience in planning and management of governance
• Proficient in MS Project
