Job Summary

A clinical development organization is in need of a Remote Clinical Team Senior Operations Quality Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting quality issue and noncompliance management, risk assessment,, root cause analysis and CAPA expertise
• Ensuring compliance with applicable GCPs through training, processes, and early issue identification and correction
• Participating in project team meetings when quality issues are escalated

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in a relevant field of study
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical operations for the clinical trial industry
• At least 2 years of quality or clinical quality experience
• Strong computer proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to maintain excellent working relationships with a broad range of staff
• Ability to work well in a team environment but also independently without significant oversight
