Job Summary

A clinical development organization is in need of a Remote Clinical Team Senior Operations Quality Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Supporting quality issue and noncompliance management, risk assessment,, root cause analysis and CAPA expertise
Ensuring compliance with applicable GCPs through training, processes, and early issue identification and correction
Participating in project team meetings when quality issues are escalated

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in a relevant field of study
A minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical operations for the clinical trial industry
At least 2 years of quality or clinical quality experience
Strong computer proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to maintain excellent working relationships with a broad range of staff
Ability to work well in a team environment but also independently without significant oversight
