A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Clinical Trainer and Program Manager.

• Supporting white glove project communication
• Developing and facilitating innovative training and educational material
• Serving as the operational clinical liaison

Required Skills:

• 2 years' experience developing and creating training material
• 2 years training and presentation experience with an emphasis on computer based training
• 2 years of managed care experience
• Degree in a healthcare related field
• Documented experience in creating training materials using ADDIE, SAM or other Instructional Design methodologies
