Remote Clinical Triage Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Clinical Triage & Intake Specialist (MD/Clinical Background Preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and convert patient voicemails into structured telephone encounters
• Assess urgency of patient concerns and route messages appropriately based on protocol
• Document all patient interactions in the electronic health record (EHR) and maintain compliance

Required Qualifications

• Foreign-trained MD or medical school training preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) or clinical healthcare background
• Minimum 2+ years working with U.S. healthcare systems
• Experience with Epic or other EHR systems
• Experience in triage, scribing, inbox management, or care coordination
