Job Summary

An ethical review company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Clinical Trial Ethical Review Client Relations Member.

Must be able to:

  • Receive incoming calls for callers needing assistance
  • Educate clients and potential clients
  • Conduct research on the status of protocol/study when necessary

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience providing similar service to clients
  • Must have strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy in a highly regulated industry
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Databases and Adobe
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine
