Job Summary

A developer of genetics and biology technology has an open position for a Remote Clinical Trial Support Field Applications Scientist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clinical customers
• Providing efficient communication on strategic and competitive customer feedback
• Coordinating new installations

Required Skills:

• Must be willing to travel up to 50%
• PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or Genetics required with 2+ years of experience
• Or, M.S. + 5 years of experience in Biotech
• Prior field experience supporting customers working on NGS products
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication and training skills
• Clear vision of and commitment to providing outstanding customer service experience
